What if an update breaks my site?
We take a backup before every update run, so the site can be restored to how it was. Fixing whatever the update broke is part of the plan, not an extra.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month, cancel any time.
My site is already out of date. Can I still sign up?
Yes. The first month includes catching everything up. If the site is very far behind or has been hacked, we'll assess it first and quote anything extra before starting.
Do you handle the PHP and server updates my host emails about?
We guide you through them and check your site is compatible first. If you'd rather not touch it at all, we can usually do it with your hosting login.
Will you need access to my site?
Yes — a WordPress admin account, which you can create for us. You keep full ownership and access to everything at all times.
