How the cleanup works
1. Backup and scan
We take a copy of everything as-is, then scan every file and the database to map out the infection.
2. Remove the malware — and the backdoor
Hackers leave hidden entry points so they can come back. We remove the visible infection and the backdoors, then update everything that was out of date.
3. Harden and clear your name
We lock down logins and file permissions, then submit review requests to Google so warnings are removed. You get a summary of what happened and what we changed.
Common questions
How long does a cleanup take?
Most cleanups are done within one to two days. Google usually removes its warning within a few days of our review request.
Will the hack come back?
Not through the same hole — closing it is part of the job. Most reinfections happen because sites are left unmaintained afterwards; our €49/month maintenance plan keeps everything updated and monitored so it stays clean.
Will I lose my content?
No. We clean the existing site rather than wiping it. Your pages, posts, images, and orders stay.
What do you need from me?
Your hosting login (or your host's name so we can guide you), and WordPress admin access if the site still loads. Everything is handled confidentially.
My host says I need to pay them for cleanup. Do I?
No. Hosts often offer their own paid cleanup, but you can use anyone. We're happy to deal with your host directly on your behalf.
