Can you fix my website if it's down or hacked?

Yes. The €250 emergency service covers critical errors, malware cleanup, migrations, domain changes, DNS or SSL issues, and broken contact forms. You don't need a maintenance plan first.

Can you fix a WordPress website that was built by someone else?

Yes. I regularly work on existing WordPress websites and can diagnose problems, fix errors, update plugins and themes, improve performance, add functionality or take over ongoing WordPress maintenance.

My contact forms aren't sending emails — can you fix that?

Absolutely. I troubleshoot and fix email deliverability issues, whether it's server settings, form plugin misconfiguration, or DNS (SPF, DKIM, etc.).

Do you build new websites?

No. I don't do web design or new builds any more. My work is on websites that already exist — fixing, speeding up, maintaining, migrating and auditing them. If you need a site built from scratch, say so and I'll point you at someone who does that properly.

What's the free 5-point visibility check?

Always. You hold the logins for your domain, hosting and WordPress admin throughout, and you keep full ownership of everything I touch.
